Shizuoka matcha can also be used to add colour and flavor intesnity to your sweet and savory creations. Matcha, extremely rich in antioxidansts, vitamins and minerals, can be consumed daily as an energy drink. Preperation : Put 2g. or 1/3 tsp. matcha in a large mug.

Pour 70-100 ml of water at 75°C into the mug and mix with stirrer. Top up with 200ml of water. Mtacha is drunk hot or iced
